This page explains how to request deletion of your Prachi POS account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@fragmasoft.com with:

• Subject: Delete my Prachi account
• The phone number you use to log in to Prachi POS
• Your shop name

We will verify your identity by sending an OTP to that phone number, then delete your account within 7 business days and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Profile (owner name, shop name, phone, email, address, GSTIN, business details)
• Menu items and item photos
• Orders and order history
• Expenses
• Shop logo and payment QR images
• Push-notification token
• Authentication record (phone-number account)

What is kept

• Subscription and payment records — kept for 7 years to meet Indian GST and accounting requirements. These contain transaction IDs and billing amounts only — no menu, order, or customer data.
• Anonymized crash logs — kept for up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics. Not linked to your identity.

Cancelling your subscription first

Deleting your account also stops future billing, but if you are on an active paid subscription you can cancel separately at any time from within the app or by emailing us. See our Terms of Service for cancellation details.
